This website is operated by WhiskWag. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to WhiskWag. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use our store for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and not to interfere with the site's security or operation.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors and sizes may vary slightly due to screens and manufacturing. We don't guarantee that every description is error-free, and we may correct errors at any time. Always check product sizing and suitability for your pet, and supervise pets with new toys, chews and products.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Products are available while supplies last, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll let you know and refund that item.

4. Orders and payment

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that contain a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and account information.

5. Discount codes

Discount codes, such as WELCOME10, can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. WELCOME10 is valid once per customer.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Reviews and comments

If you post a review or comment, you confirm it's your honest opinion and doesn't break any law or anyone's rights. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or misleading.

8. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, and some features (such as payments and reviews) are provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

9. Disclaimer

Our store and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WhiskWag won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product won't exceed the amount you paid for that product.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
